These errors occur when the shipment is a UPS shipment, and your Ship To Contact/Company are either missing or the character limit exceeds 35 characters.
Note: Ship To Contact is required if the address is residential, or the service is an expedited option (i.e. Next Day Air). Ship To Company is only required if shipping to a business.
To resolve this issue, you will either need to enter a value into one of the above-mentioned fields or shorten the field to 35 characters or shorter.
