Sometimes, a label needs to be recreated for a shipment (i.e. wrong service selected, address change). For situations like this, Shipstore makes the get process easy with the Reprocess Shipment button.
To get started, click the Ship Link on the left. Once you're on the Ship page, use the Filter Results button if needed to search for your shipment using the tracking number or order number for the shipment.

Once you find the shipment click on the blue View icon under actions on this record. Once the shipment details display, click Actions -> Reprocess Shipment.
From here, the system will prompt you as to how you want to regenerate this transaction:
- If you want to re-load the transaction to make some modifications and regenerate the label, set the dropdown to "Reprocess Original", then click Yes/No on if you want to void the original transaction.
- If you want to generate a return label for this shipment, select "Generate Return", then click Confirm.

Once you make your selection above, you will be brought back to the shipping page with the data loaded in as requested. From here, you can alter the shipping information that you are needing changed for the shipment and click process to get the new label.
Note: Which ever option you choose above will generate a completely new label with a new tracking number as well. There is no option in the system to modify a label after it's been created.
