There are two options for sending out Shipment Email Notifications to your buyers on the day their order has been processed at your warehouse.
  1.  Carrier Notifications - The carrier sends out the Email Notifications. No ability to Customize other   than adding References or specify a subject for the email.
  2.  Shipstore Notifications - Shipstore sends out the Email Notifications from either our
    Shipstore server or your own email server. Fully Customizable via HTML.

Sending custom/Shipstore notifications

At the end of the shipping day, Shipstore notifications need to be sent manually from the Ship screen. To do this, click Shipping Functions, then Send Emails. This button will kick off a background task to send all pending emails (based on ship date and status) for the selected profile.
