What are Carrier Provided Notifications?
Carrier Provided Notifications are email alerts to the Buyer or Company you are shipping the Package for. Carrier Email Notifications are not customizable other then sending data for reference fields or specify a subject for the email.
How to use Carrier Provided Notifications
To use the Carrier Email Notifications, go to the Accessorials section of the Ship screen.


Once there, enabled the checkbox for "Use Carrier Provided Notifications". Click the plus button for each event you want to a notification sent out on, and fill out the pop-up as needed.
The events Shipstore supports are:

- Label Creation - As soon as the label prints in ShipStore.
- In Transit - As soon as the driver delivers the box to the DC.
- On Ship - As soon as the box leaves the DC
- On Exception - If the shipment is delayed for any reason
- On Delivery
