Please be advised that we will be implementing a system update on 01/05/2026 @ 2am ET. The majority of the updates focus on patches for the Reports page and corrections to the address validations on the shipping screen. 

 

What will be updated?

Effective on the date above, we will update your Shipstore cloud environment with the changes mentioned below.

 

Full list of Updates:

  • General updates
    • Removed the View Details button from the Custom Reports page for non-Admin users
    • Patch to the address field names in exported custom reports (i.e. from "Company" to "Origin Company")
    • Updated tracking link on Custom Reports page to be clickable
    • Patches for the pagination functions on the Custom Report editor
    • Expanded the clickable area for the report selection dropdown on the Custom Reports screen to be the entire row. Previously, only the text was clickable.
    • Patches to ensure address validation errors display on the shipping screen
    • Patch to child rule looping logic when a parent rule has no criteria
    • Replaced service code on Tracking page with service plaintext value
    • Patches to Select All functionality on Batch Assign Orders window
    • Added import functions for both the Address Book and Item Book
    • Patches to label printing logic when running non-PDF batches. Previous logic would sometimes double-print labels
  • Carrier Updates
    • SpeeDee
      • Implemented 2026 rate files
    • Estes
      • Implemented support for new APIs
    • TLS
      • Added RoadRunner to service list
    • R&L
      • Added support for expedited services


What will the update affect?

The updates above will affect the following cloud systems:

  • Shipstore Public Cloud portal
  • Shipstore Private Cloud portal

What do I need to do?

The web portal update may require the users to refresh (F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R) their Ship screen to pull in the changes if they are not seeing them when they log in after the update.
