The below outlines how to create a new batch shipping template in v5.
- Navigate to the desired profile
- "Batch Templates" is located in the navigation bar under "Admin"
3. To add/create a new template, select the "Add" button
4.) Name your template and select either "integrated mode" or "File Import mode"
a.) "File Import mode" is used when importing shipment records from a file (Excel/CSV/Text)
b.) "Integrated mode" pulls the shipping information from the clients ERP system
c.) Select "SAVE Changes" to save the template
5.) If the batch template is set to "File Import", you will need to define and map the fields as illustrated below.
6.) After you define and map all fields, don't forget to SAVE.
7.) Before you can use the new template, you have to assign said template to the desired profile.
8.) Follow the below steps to assign the template to a profile
a.) Select the "Profiles" under "Admin" on the navigation page
b.) Find the desired profile and select the blue edit button on the right-hand side
9.) Once in the profile, select "Profile Overrides" -> "Batch Templates"
10.) Select "Add" -> select template to add -> "+ Add Batch Template"
11.) Once you select "+ Add Batch Template" the select template will be added to said profile
