On the login screen, click the link that says "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the login window. Follow the instructions, and put in your Username for the recovery. The recovery email will be sent to the email tied to your Username.
Sometimes this does take a few minutes to appear in your inbox. If it's been fifteen minutes, try checking in your spam folder or other filtered boxes. If you still didn't get the email contact support and we can remove the user account and re-add it as a last resort.
