If you are having trouble loading orders within the ship screen this could be due to connectivity issues or communication issues with our Merchant app. If you know your environment utilizes the merchant app to load sand save orders to your backend, please try restarting the merchant app.

The next thing will be to make sure the shipment is marked as "ready to ship" within your integration. Attempt another shipment and make sure you are having issues loading multiple shipments and not just one. If so, and the issues are persistent past a few minutes, please contact support.

Note: If you're integration requires a connection through the Merchant app, we will most likely need the merchant logs to further diagnose what is going on with shipment loads, these can be found at:
