Please be advised that we will be implementing a system update on 06/04/2026 @ 2am ET. The majority of the updates focus on the implementation of a new and improved caching system that is better designed to work with the structure of the Shipstore platform.
What will be updated?
Effective on the date above, we will update your Shipstore cloud environment with the changes mentioned below.

- General updates
- Implemented improved caching system to improve system performance and better handle the multi-server configuration of our hosted environments
- Added new accessorials for LTL:
- Construction Site Pickup
- Construction Site Delivery
- Require Scheduled Delivery
- Patch for profile address caching
- Added hazmat docs to default profile document list
- Standardized USPS service codes across all USPS rate providers
- Patch for Third Party option for Manual Entry shipments (bill to address was not consistently being transmitted to carrier previously)
- Patch for sorting of address book records
- FedEx
- Improved handling for accessorial codes for international shipments
