Add HTS Code for Items in Shipping Screen
1. Click "Items" while in the shipping screen 
2. Click "Advanced Options" on the "Items" Section 
3. The Commodity Window Will Open - Enter HTS Code in the Harmonized Code Field 
4. Click Close Button
